The project involved design, project management and principal designer services to deliver a full resurface of the car park with associated enhancements to the site to improve the customer experience with optimum cost expenditure.
The scheme provided the client and their customers with a fully resurfaced car park with wider parking spaces, upgraded signage, trolley shelters and increased number of disabled and parent and child spaces. Undertaking these amendments at the same time as expending capital on asset replacement allows these enhancements to be achieved at optimum cost. Critical areas of the works were planned and undertaken out of store trading hours to minimise disruption to the store and their customers. Our project management principals and methodologies delivered the scheme from inception through to delivery, on time, to the required quality and in accordance with health and safety best practice.
