This car park resurfacing scheme delivered a significant improvement to the shopping experience for customers and GPS provided project management, design and principal designer services.
The project was delivered in a phased approach to minimise the disruption to customers and store operations. GPS project manager used tried and tested methodologies to ensure effective communication and stakeholder engagement during the planning and construction stages. The scheme was delivered as part of the capital programme which GPS provide programme management services on to ensure project controls and processes are in place to drive performance to achieve successful outcomes and the desired results.
