GPS were proud to lead the programme management for the roof egress compliance project. This involved advising our client on maintaining statutory compliance standards across their estate, while managing the programme to monitor performance and effectiveness.
This project included developing the overall programme strategy and management of key activities required to optimise delivery. Alongside this, we completed initial site scoping surveys to determine compliance standards and ensured our client continues to comply with all statutory requirements associated with secondary means of escape from roof areas. We’re proud to have worked in conjunction with project architects Whittam Cox and associated delivery contractors.
